- What is the current total number of users across all buildings and offsite locations?
- We currently have 66 users across our sites with new users being added in coming weeks. Our fully staffed user count is approximately 75.
- Can you provide an overview of the current IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network configurations?
- This information is provided in the RFP under the Overview and Current IT infrastructure section on page 2.
- What are the primary systems and applications in use, and how do they support CHNO’s operations?
- SharePoint – supports all file access, email, and shared drives for all users
- Avaya supports cloud-based phone system
- Meraki Vision supports our network and security cameras
- ConstantContact – organizational contact management
- EveryAction – donor management
- WordPress – website
- A full listing of all applications will be shared with the contractor.
- Are there any specific challenges or limitations within the current IT environment that the new vendor should be aware of?
- Our main challenge has been the lack of knowledgeable in-house IT expertise, experience, and management skills capable of comprehensive IT inventory maintenance, timely and accurate front-end user support/technical assistance, and overall oversight of IT support across our campus/sites. The new vendor should be prepared to provide and execute initial set up duties including but not limited to comprehensive inventory identification/naming steps, tracking systems setup, help desk/support request systems establishment, provide SOP guidance, and major IT machinery clean up/purging.
- What is the current average volume of support tickets received per month?
- This data is not available – The centralized help desk ticketing system in place by with our current IT vendor has not been consistently utilized by front-end users.
