Is this a new contract or renewal of an existing contract? New contract.
If there is an existing contract, could you please share the names of the current vendors and their pricing? N/A we previously employed a PT nurse.
What is the estimated budget for this contract? We do not have one – we seek to understand through this RFP the associated costs for this service and will negotiate final totals.
Is it mandatory to subcontract? No.
Could you please provide information on the daily duration of shifts required for the necessary professions? For example, the number of hours per day? Please clarify what is meant by the necessary professions. This contract is primarily intended to serve the needs of our shelter residents. The Residential Advisors and other front-line staff who serve them work eight (8) hours if FT on one of three (3) shifts, Day, Evening, or Overnight – we are a 24/7 facility. We anticipate the services through this contract to be performed during traditional Monday through Friday work hours.
Is there currently an incumbent? No
If so, is CHNO pleased with the services currently being provided? N/A – CHNO previously employed a PT nurse.
Of the 70+ FTE, how many are per diem vs full time staff? Only 1 PT and 3 Per Diem employees
Additionally, what positions are currently being filled by per diem? Only Resident Advisors are current Per Diem.
